About
Nick Harron grew up in a military family. As the oldest son of two US Air Force members, he moved around often and had ample experience with having to figure out which lunch table to sit at in the school cafeteria. He grew up with aspirations of being a pilot and, as a result of that dream, attended the US Air Force Academy, where he graduated with a degree in Computer Science. It was during his time in college that Nick re-discovered his passion for storytelling and became increasingly critical of the larger military culture, which he found to be stereotypically close-minded and comically bureaucratic.
After graduating, Nick spent the next 6 years travelling the world as an Air Force Officer, living in countries such as South Korea, Italy, and Jordan (and, for a few months, he even lived in Mississippi, but he doesn't like to talk about that much). These multi-cultural experiences gave him a broader, albeit still limited, view of the world and further reinforced his dedication to writing stories that can shine light on the ridiculousness in the world and point a satirical finger at it. He has written for an unannounced animated children's show on Apple+ and has experience writing live-action and animated, action, adventure and comedy, for adults and children. In all of his writing, he's able to bring his own unique voice, which is made up of two parts humor, one part skepticism, one part optimism, and a half of a lime.
Currently, Nick lives in Los Angeles with his wife, where he focuses on writing stories that he would want to watch, playing board games, and complaining about real estate prices.
